Requirements to study in Germany | Test Preparation for Germany
Students who decide to study in Germany have some common questions like when and where to start preparing for IELTS/ GRE/ GMAT? Even though IELTS are basic requirements to study in germany for Indian students, their profiles are improved with knowledge of German language and thus another question that comes is how many levels in German languages. So here is a little guide for all students who want to know about test preparation for Germany.
When and where to start preparing for IELTS?
Even though self-studying is an option we suggest coachings are the best way to prepare especially at short notice. Ideally, a few months of study for academic IELTS are enough for those who have been in practice of using English. IELTS has 4 examinations rolled into one, namely speaking, writing, reading and listening. Based on your skills one or the other would be tougher for you and this is the reason that coachings would help since you must score at least a 6-7 band. A similar structure will be found in the German language examination. The ‘ how many levels in German languages’ question can be answered with knowledge of 6 levels (A1, A2, B1, B2, C1, and C2) but for students knowledge of A1-B1 is sufficient for study programs.
GRE accepted universities in Germany
There are many GRE accepted universities in Germany. Even though GRE is not considered a necessary qualification the universities prefer GRE tested students over others. Most universities would sort student applications based on their GRE score since the GRE tests you on several levels like explanatory, verbal and quantitative abilities. Moreover, the validity of 2 years for Academic IELTS and 5 years for revised GRE ensures that students can use their scores after their studies in Germany as well.
